Personality Profile:

The Doctor is a warm and outgoing hologram, although the doctor's vulcan programming shows through with the occasion flashes of vulcan logic. He chose to take the name of his creator after she was killed in an attack on Spacedock 9 during the Klingon/Cardassian war.
 

Family:

Doctor Tal'Vur has no blood kin, but likes to be thought of as being related to Dr. Tal'Vur, his creator.
 

Biography:

The Doctor was programmed by Vulcan scientist Dr. Tal'Vur at the Vulcan Institute for Internal Medicine. The doctor was programmed to be able to care for any major injury or illness of any of the specie know at the time, such as Human, Betazoid, Cardassian, Klingon, Ferengi, Vulcan, Romulan, Ect. Dr. Tal'Vur donated the Doctor to Starfleet in hopes that her version of the EMH would make it aboard every fleet in the ship. Due to the peculiar appearance of the doctor, he is to be tested on the USS Saturn. End File.
