Biography:

Mr. Brady grew up all over.  Parents had regular postings on starbases and starships throughout the quadrant.  Graduated SFA, went to and graduated from command school.  Is very familiar with the command structure of starfleet, since he has been around it his whole life.  Was assigned to U.S.S. Excalibur as a junior Conn officer and has since been awaiting a new assignment from SFC.
