Due to an accident on Starbase 45 this chameloid is different in apearence to any other seen before, she is a black and flesh coloured humanoid looking dragon, she has a human looking face with soft features, her black hair is usually kept long but always tied into a platt for work, she has two crests that run down to the middle of her back, they will become erect when she is alarmed or wanting to impress there are two crest like growths along the back of her arms  and her hands have talon like apearences the black runs down her back fading to the flesh along the center front of her body there is no gender distinction visible except for bulges on her chest, in her
natural state he has strong and muscular tail but removes this for her duty as it gets in the way, an added ability  She has developed several hobbies, mostly revolving around childhood she has a complete catalogue of childs games also an extencive story collection, diversifying she has a passion for roleplaying games, and loves to look like her character if she can other passions include flying and finding out about people has found she can become someone for a short period of no more than 6 hours by physical contact and kissing them, dosent like to do this as it scares her a great deal
 

Personality Profile:

Ra'teen is trustworthy, a little prone to practical jokes, she has a good ability , but needs training in her transformation skills. With training would make a good infiltration specialist. Will need to be kept an eye on

Biography:

When she was born her parents were so proud, their first daughter in the family, the other 3 children being all male, she was the last child they would have, now being the youngest of the litter, she had to be strong to fight of her male siblings agressive attacks on her, (play) and so by the time she enterd school she was bigger and stronger than most of the other girls there after the years at the school  she decides to leave home aged 14, getting work on freighters heading off on an adventure, eventually ending up at starbase 45 there she befriends one of the oficers there who takes her under her wing, and its there she finds the book, of gaming characters, seeing the dragon lady she unknowingly changes her own form to that of the picture and plays about reading about the games and characters when the woman returned she was surprised to see this character from one of her books lying face down on the carpet reading about herself, and eventually started to laugh , at the sight, Ra'teen kept the form as she liked it and was the first she could do , being given clothes she starts to mix better with the crew and decides to study again, at age 17 4 years later  about a month before she leaves for the accadamy there is an accident aboard the station, and the young ra'teen is doused in an unknown form of
radiation, resetting her apearence to that of th draconian female, for days she cried, but realised that it might have helped her , after finding the scans hthe doctor made and theat the radiation had changed her entire
genetic structure, there are still times when new 'talents' show them selves it was determined tha if she decided to reproduce her ofspring would take on her new body structure not that of a chameloids,  being adopted she starts the starfleet exams and just manages to pass, keeping her dragoness form she keeps throught the course doing well in her lessons but never realy at the top of her class, untill the field work, finding her shape changing ability usefull she uses it to alow her access to areas others cant get, she found she had a flair for operations and
continued to excell at this area of the accadamy, another flair she seemed to have was for flying , managing to get level 4 craft training upto and including craft to the delta flyers level of sofistication , on her final exam she paseed with enough of a margin to alow her to ask for a posting, and she chose the USS Saturn
